Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to:
- Identify and describe new technologies that can be used in ASD
- Describe the technological innovations in education with some basic skills checklists in Excel tables
- Define teaching priorities with the Informal Pedagogical Assessment
- Identify the specific educational needs of people with ASD and the ways in which new technologies can be used to meet them
- Discover technological innovations for children with ASD with a view to supervision
- Discover technological innovations for children with ASD with a view to learning (play-based learning)
- Understand the role of social robots in addressing the needs of children with ASD
