30 Nov Faculty member of the Programme participates in a workshop entitled “Bright Spectrum and Inclusion: Scientific Knowledge for an Inclusive Society – The Case of Autism” – 2023
A faculty member of the Programme and the Special Academic Unit of Child Developmental Health of the Laboratory of Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Department of Public and Community Health of the UniWA participated in a workshop on autism organised by the Laboratory of Digital Innovation in Public Health of the Department of Public and Community Health of the UniWA.
The workshop was entitled:
“Bright Spectrum and Inclusion: Scientific Knowledge for an Inclusive Society –
The Case of Autism”
and took place on Friday, 30 November 2023 at “Melina Mercouri” Hall of Ano Liosia Town Hall.
The Director of the Programme and Scientific Officer of the Special Academic Unit of Child Developmental Health of the Laboratory of Hygiene and Epidemiology, Ms. Anastasia Barbouni, Professor at UniWA, gave a talk in the workshop.
The synergy of the aforementioned institutions is evidence of good cooperation and highlights the necessity of interdisciplinarity on issues related to autism and ASD.
