Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to:
- Know the existing Curricula (C)
- Know the philosophy and pedagogical principles of the curricula for special education and education (PAPEA)
- Describe and apply differentiated pedagogical methodologies and applications and individualised education programmes
- Describe the pedagogical methodology of the SADEPEAE
- Operate educational tools and implement specific pedagogical methodologies
- Design and implement targeted individually structured didactic intensive intervention programmes for children with ASD (SADEPEAE), following a series of phases of teaching methodology (Systematic empirical observation, Informal pedagogical evaluation, SADEPEAE-based planning, Methodology and intervention records, Collaboration with parents)
- Identify educational environments for students with ASD, their strengths and limitations, and the application of C in each of them
- Propose micro-teaching scenarios, make recommendations and design educational practices
